Hello Everyone!
We are in our new home and I am slowly but surely unpacking and organizing my new studio and getting it ready for filming. In our old home, I had our loft as my studio, and I (mostly) knew where everything was. My new studio is a dream! It is larger and will be amazing once I get it sorted. As I am unpacking, I am trying to figure out the best place for everything to go, and of course, once I put it away, I can’t find it.
Convention is right around the corner, and I have had some requests to bring portable lights. I am going to list a few things that you can pre-order for delivery at convention. I will email you a square invoice before hand, so no sales tax :). Everything is 10% off.
*If you are taking a class, remember that lights can’t be plugged in – they need to be charged before you get to class *

This chargeable light is the Halo Go 2 Rechargeable Light and Magnifier from Daylight. Reg. $145, it is $130
This is a great little lamp – good lighting and magnification. It should last through the morning, especially as you will probably not be stitching 3 hours straight, and then you can recharge during lunch. *** If you want this lamp for convention, I need to know by Thursday, October 8 ***
- If you want to splurge, the Stella Go Rechargeable lamp is amazing, but it is at a higher price point. If you are looking at those, they usually have great deals for Black Friday *

One of my favorites! Aurifil has teamed with Liberty of London to create a curated collection of Aurifil 50wt threads that are in the colors that are often used in Liberty of London Tana lawn prints. There are 45 spools in the collection and they come in a sturdy box that is covered with a Liberty Print. Reg. $350, on Special for $315. I only have 2 of these, and they are out of stock at all of my distributors. I do not know if they will be getting any more of these in. If you want one of these, please email me right away and let me know.

I also have the set of 80 wt thread from Aurifil. It comes in 45 colors and this thread is beautiful to work with. It is perfect for pinstitching and all types of hand applique’. I am using it on a Liberty Block of the Month Quilt that I am (slowly) working on :). Reg. 350, Special $315

I have a few pair of these SeaVees canvas Children’s shoes. They are made with the Liberty of London Wiltshire print.
I have 2 of size 10, 2 of size 11, 1 size 12, and 2 of size 13. In stores, these are $70. Special – $50. These are not something that I can order again, when they are gone, they are gone.

These tea sets are adorable! They are Child’s Tea Sets, (not doll tea sets),so the plates will hold a couple of cookies and the cup and saucers will hold enough liquid that you can actually drink it. There are 18 pieces – 4 plates, cups, and saucers, a tea pot and lid, a sugar bowl and lid, a creamer, and a tray. These are heavy to ship, so if this is something you are thinking of and are going to be in Charleston (or can get someone to drive it home for you), that will be a big savings! I have 1 of the red pin strip, and 3 of the pink floral. These are no longer being made.
Reg $65, Special $58.50
I also have just received a shipment of Cashmere Cotton (100% cotton, 58″ wide) and Ultra Fine Flannel. These are made by 2 different manufacturers, but are very similar in width, weight, and feel. I love this flannel for my burp cloths! I have the Cashmere Cotton in white, pink, light blue, ecru and yellow. The Ultra Fine Flannel comes in white, baby pink, baby blue, and a minty Aqua. Both are 60″ wide, and are $19.50/yd, Special $17.50
If you want to pre-order for Charleston (SAGA Convention) deliver, please email me – vaune@vaune.com – and let me know what you want. For items that I only have specific quantities, first come, first served.
I look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks!
Happy Stitching,
Vaune
