Hello Everyone! I hope you all have danced right into spring! It has been a whirlwind here – One of my boys got married in March, grandkids visited here and then I went back to the Cape to visit there, some teaching trips and a new grandbaby is due in 2 weeks. In the midst of that, we are getting ready to put our house on the market, prepping for our move to KY.
In getting our house ready, I have figured out that it has to look like no one lives there, but someone could live there. We are de-personalizing as much as possible and doing some packing, while not leaving the house bare. As I am sorting, donating and throwing away, I have come across some things that are looking for a good home. I will be posting these in my blog (not on my website, as I am going to pause that until we move). Threads – cotton a broder, Cosmo, and floche will still be available, as they will be packed up last. Some of the items will be for sale, some will be Free, you pay for shipping.
First up is a Bernina ‘Barbie’ case for feet, needles, etc. I just do not use this. This is FREE to the first person who emails me (vaune@vaune.com), you only pay for shipping.
Next is an LED light table that has a grid built into the glass. It is about 16 3/8″ x 12 1/4″. I LOVE mine. Because they are LEDs, they last about 10,000 hours. The grid helps you to align your design and fabric evenly. They do not make these anymore. They originally were $175. I have 2 left and they are $75 each, plus shipping. If you are interested, please email me and let me know – vaune@vaune.com
Our Traditions and Transitions school registration is now open to all.
Both Cindy and I have been clearing out some of our sewing goodies and supplies. We are going to be playing some fun games with lots of prizes for you! We can hardly wait to see you there. If you have questions about our retreat, please email me and I will get back to you.
Happy Stitching,
Vaune
