Embroidery of Madeira Lecture will be Sunday, January 3, 2021 (a date change)!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

This past year has seemed to go on forever, and yet it has flown by!  I want to express my gratitude to you all.  I am so blessed to be able to teach, design, and sew, and to meet new friends while I am doing something that I love.  I have been able to travel and see so many wonderful places.  The people that I meet are gracious and kind and are so inspiring.  I truly am thankful for all of you!  I hope to run into many of you when we are back to traveling again.

Last week, I asked for input on my Embroidery of Madeira lecture – thank you for your responses.  I am changing the date, pushing it out a week, for several reasons.  I did have several requests, as many of you will still be in the midst of holiday celebrations, which will be over by the 3rd.  Here at the Pierce home, we are sharing the holidays with spouse families, so our family holiday dinner will be on the 27th.  Last but not least, it is our anniversary (34 years!).

I will upload the registration link next week, through my blog, but here are the particulars:

Date:   Sunday, January 3, 2021
Time:  3pm Eastern, 2pm Central, 1pm Mountain, and 12pm (noon) Pacific
Duration:  This will last about 1.5 hours, but may run a little longer, depending on questions
Where:  online via Zoom
Price:  $15

Grab a cup of tea (or the beverage of your choice) and join me for a virtual trip to Madeira!

I WILL be recording this.  I will send everyone a link a day afterward, and you will have 2 weeks to watch it.

As we head into the Holiday season, I hope you have time to sew and stitch!
Next week I will (hopefully) have another tutorial ready, along with a peak at my next virtual class project and schedule for the beginning of 2021 (and it is hard to believe I am even writing that year!).

Happy Thanksgiving and
Happy Stitching,

Vaune
